If you have a child or loved one that has recently been diagnosed with Asperger's it can be extremely overwhelming.  Where do you start?

One of the first things I recall when my son was diagnosed was being overwhelmed with lots of terminology and acronyms I'd never heard of before.  Here's a quick cheat sheet to some of that terminology.
